    Please note the following information:

      1. We will gladly provide you an estimate on your vehicle’s damage. If you are to file an insurance claim, our estimate will no longer be valid. We will work with your auto insurance company on the claim and negotiate all damages directly with the company.
      2. MA laws prevent us from writing an estimate solely off photos. Please call or complete this form to alert our staff that you will be coming in for an estimate. At that time, we can provide you with a more comprehensive estimate.
      3. Due to the design and construction of today’s vehicles, it is impossible to anticipate hidden damage. All estimates are for visible damages only. Any additional damage discovered upon teardown will add to the overall cost of repairs. All parts prices are subject to invoicing.
      4. If your estimate involves a bumper cover repair/refinish, there may be a slight color variation due to the application of the paint onto the plastic cover.
